HOW TO ORDER

Free domestic shipping for purchases over ¥7,500!

★Important★

In rare cases, the order may be duplicated with multiple customers due to one-of-a-kind items, etc., and the ordered product may not be available. In that case, please note that each person in charge will contact the customer directly with details. When delivering to a remote island area, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the amount used.

* The same applies to free shipping. Due to the system, an email will be sent to the order screen and the automatic delivery email after ordering at an amount that does not include fees. Please note that the applicable customer will be notified by recalculating the shipping fee.

Payment / Shipping

  • Shipping by Sagawa Express: Nationwide uniform ¥850 (tax included) (Hokkaido / Okinawa ¥1,200)
    • Date and time, tracking / damage / loss guarantee ants.
    • If the total product exceeds ¥7,500 (tax included), free shipping will be provided in Japan.
    • Payment method (credit card, Shop Pay, digital wallet payment, PayPal)
      • You can use it after entering (or registering) payment information such as card information on our website.
    • Payment method (transfer to PayPay bank account)
      • The transfer deadline is basically within 3 days.
      • It will be shipped after payment is confirmed.
  • Cash on delivery for Sagawa Express: Nationwide uniform ¥1,200  (tax included) (Hokkaido / Okinawa ¥1,550) 
    • Date and time, tracking / damage / loss guarantee ants.
    • If the total product exceeds ¥ 7,500 (tax included), free shipping will be provided in Japan, but a "cash on delivery fee ¥350 is required.
  • Click Post ： Nationwide uniform ¥300 (tax included) 
    • Up to 5 7-inch CDs, up to 2 CDs or DVDs (mixable, eg 3 7-inch + 1 CD1 or 1 DVD).
    • It is not possible to specify the arrival date and time or stop the business office. It will be delivered to the mailbox.
    • Product tracking service available. Please note that we cannot guarantee damage or loss.

* Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, traffic conditions, system troubles, or other unexpected situations. We are not responsible for any damage caused to the user or a third party in this regard.

Packing

  • We use two types of special packing materials for records / CDs (7 "and CD are the same size). 梱包
  • We will wrap it in our plastic bag for waterproofing. 梱包
  • Fold in the cross-shaped packing materials in order. 梱包
  • Completely pack the gaps on both sides and corners with gum tape. 梱包

How to order

  • Search for products
    • Search by genre
      Click each genre name from "CATEGORY" in the menu to move to the page of each genre. You can browse all in-stock items on each genre page. If there is a product you are interested in, please click the title name or image. Go to the product details page. If you have a product you want, click the "Add to Cart" button. The item will be in your shopping cart.
    • Search by keyword
      You can search by various keywords (artist / title / label / others) from "Search" at the top of the site.
  • Item display &Purchase
    If you press the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you want, it will be automatically added to the "Shopping Cart". You can continue to purchase. You can see the status in the cart by pressing "" at the top of the top page. You can add or cancel items in the cart.
  • Order form
    When you have finished purchasing the product, click "Go to Purchase Screen" at the bottom of the cart. If you are a member of our shop, you can omit entering customer information if you log in. If you have not registered as a member, we recommend that you first register as a member by creating a new account.  If you want to shop without registering, please fill out the form.
  • Order acceptance & Confirmation
    After placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent automatically. (If you cannot receive the e-mail or if it is rejected as junk e-mail, please set so that you can receive the e-mail from order@timebomb.co.jp.) If the item is out of stock, the item is excluded. We will inform you if it is okay to ship by.
