HOW TO ORDER

Free shipping nationwide on purchases of ¥10,000 or more, including tax!

★Important★

In rare cases, such as with one-of-a-kind items, multiple customers may place orders for the same item, and we may be unable to provide the item you ordered. In such cases, the relevant representative will contact you directly with further details. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

When shipping to remote island areas, a separate "remote island forwarding fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount. (This also applies when shipping is free.) Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include this fee. If applicable, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you, so please be aware of this in advance.

We have received many orders where customers who wanted delivery accidentally selected in-store pickup. Please confirm the pickup method once more before finalizing your order.

Payment Methods / Shipping Methods

  • Shipping via Sagawa Express: ¥850 nationwide (including tax) (¥1,200 for Hokkaido and Okinawa)
    • Date and time delivery requests available; tracking and compensation for damage or loss included.
    • When the total product price exceeds ¥10,000 (including tax), shipping within Japan is free.
    • Payment methods (credit card payment, Shop Pay, digital wallet payment, PayPal)
      • Available after entering or registering payment information such as card details on the website.
    • Payment method (bank transfer to a PayPay Bank account)
      • As a general rule, payment must be made within 3 days.
      • Items will be shipped after payment is confirmed.
  • Cash on delivery via Sagawa Express: ¥1,200 nationwide (including tax) (¥1,550 for Hokkaido and Okinawa)
    • Date and time delivery requests available; tracking and compensation for damage or loss included.
    • When the total product price exceeds ¥10,000 (including tax), shipping within Japan is free, but a "cash-on-delivery fee (¥350 including tax)" is required.
  • Click Post: ¥300 nationwide (including tax)
    • Up to five 7-inch records, or up to two CDs or DVDs (mixing is also allowed; for example, three 7-inch records + one CD or DVD).
    • Delivery date and time requests and post office hold-for-pickup service are unavailable. Items will be delivered to your mailbox.
    • Package tracking is available. Please note that we cannot provide compensation for damage or loss.

※Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, traffic conditions, system issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We assume no responsibility under any circumstances for damages incurred by users or third parties in connection with this.

Packaging

  • We use two types of specialized packaging materials for records and CDs (7-inch records and CDs use the same size). Packaging

Mail-Order Procedure

  • Search for a product
    • Search by genre
      Click a genre name under "CATEGORY" in the menu to go to that genre's page. You can browse all available products on each genre page. If you find an item that interests you, click its title or image to go to the product details page. If you would like the item, click the "Add to cart" button. The item will be added to your shopping cart.
    • Search by keyword
      You can search using various keywords (artist / title / label / other) from "Search" at the top of the site.
  • Viewing items - Purchasing
    Clicking the "Add to cart" button next to a desired item automatically adds it to the "Shopping cart." You can continue shopping. Click the "" at the top of the homepage to view the contents of your cart. You can add or cancel items in the cart.
  • Order form
    After completing your purchase, click "Proceed to checkout" at the bottom of the cart. If you are a member of our store and are logged in, you can skip entering your customer information. If you are not registered as a member, we recommend registering first through Create a new account. If you wish to shop without registering, please enter the required information in the form.
  • Order received - Confirmation
    After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent automatically. (If you do not receive the email or it is rejected as spam, please configure your settings to receive emails from order@timebomb.co.jp.)If an item is out of stock, we will notify you to ask whether we may ship the remaining items without it.
