The album features 12 tracks, including studio versions of early live favorites―"Weekend On Mars," "Hungry," "Problem Child," and "Rocket In My Pocket"―along with early versions of "Jungle Hop," "The Natives Are Restless," "Can't Find My Mind," and "Rockin' Bones," all of which were later re-recorded for the 1981 album Psychedelic Jungle. Capturing the band at its rawest during the classic Brian Gregory era, these recordings are an essential document of The Cramps' formative years.
Often described as the long-awaited companion―or expanded counterpart―to the 1979 Gravest Hits EP (which compiled the band's 1978 debut and second singles plus one additional track), this is a truly historic archival release.
