Returns / exchanges due to customer's convenience or differences in values, etc. are strictly prohibited, regardless of whether they are new or used (except when problems occur due to our company).
In the event of a problem caused by our company (notation / shipping mistake etc.), please contact us immediately within one week (contact details are listed in the company profile). Both managers of each product will respond promptly. In addition, the shipping fee required for returning and resending the product when returning or exchanging it will be borne by the Company only in the case of the Company's cause. If you do not wish to exchange for a non-defective item, you will receive a full refund.
